Workplace psychosocial risks, including work stress, burnout, workplace bullying, organizational conflict, and psychological distress, have become increasingly prevalent across contemporary organizations. Despite growing awareness of these issues, many employees remain reluctant to report psychosocial concerns due to fear of retaliation, stigmatization, or disclosure of their identities. Consequently, organizations often fail to identify psychosocial risks at an early stage, resulting in adverse outcomes for employee well-being and organizational performance. This article introduces SafeVoice-AI-Release, an artificial intelligence-based early intervention ecosystem designed to facilitate anonymous reporting, psychosocial risk screening, automated risk analysis, and evidence-based intervention recommendations. The system integrates the SafeVoice Psychosocial Screening Inventory (SPSI), an AI Analytics Engine, a Predictive Risk Scoring Model, and organizational dashboards within a unified digital platform. The innovation was developed using a design and development methodology involving needs assessment, system blueprinting, user journey mapping, AI architecture development, system architecture modelling, and prototype design. SafeVoice-AI-Release is designed to enable employees to report concerns anonymously while allowing organizations to identify psychosocial trends, classify risk levels, and implement targeted interventions. The proposed system contributes to workplace well-being by shifting organizational responses from reactive problem management to proactive prevention and early intervention. The innovation demonstrates the potential of artificial intelligence to support sustainable workplace well-being and organizational resilience through data-driven decision-making.
