CBT is comprehensive and empirically supported, offering structured and long-term solutions, but may be time-intensive. In contrast, CBT-H is designed for quick and accessible interventions, making it ideal for culturally specific or short-term needs, though it may lack the depth to address chronic or complex psychological issues. Both therapies provide valuable tools for practitioners, with the choice between them depending on the client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
