Research on Innovative Development Path of Rural Enterprises Driven by Entrepreneurship: A Case of Rongda Agriculture in Suiping County of China

This paper adopts the case analysis method, combined with the entrepreneurial process and the actual development of industrial innovation of Rongda Agricultural Vegetable Company in Suicping County, Henan Province, in-depth analysis of the practical connotation of rural entrepreneurship, and discusses the driving effect of rural entrepreneurship on the innovation and development of private enterprises and the realization path. The results show that the entrepreneurial spirit includes such elements as "conforming to the general trend, daring to innovate, actively exploring, honest and law-abiding, fulfilling responsibilities", which plays a role in the development of rural enterprises such as strategic innovation, organizational innovation, management innovation, value innovation and market innovation. The cultivation of entrepreneurship should start from the aspects of platform construction, institutional incentive, property right protection and optimization of business environment to promote the construction and development of private enterprises.
