Outsourcing is applied to transfer doing of internal processes or activities to external provider under a specific contract. This research aimed to examine impact of outsourcing on 8 dimensions of organizational structure including: complexity, cent realization, hierarchy, formality, professionalism, specialization, standardization, personnel ratio and consequently impact on organizational effectiveness and productivity. Statistical population was consisted of 98 employees including managers , and supervisors in Mobarakeh Steel Company (M.S.C). which 77 persons were selected as sample. To gather data ? 67 items questionnaire was used. Its reliability was determined by selecting scientific and valid components and opinion of organizational experts and thesis advisor and its validity was 0.97 using ? Cronbakh. SPSS was used to analyze data. The results show that outsourcing had positive effect on all 8 dimensions and also Improved productivity and effectiveness of structure.
