This study explores the application of Maq??id al-Shar??ah, particularly ?if? al-nafs (protection of life) and ?if? al-?aql (protection of intellect), in addressing adolescent psychological and social crises through a bibliometrics and systematic literature review approach. Adolescence is a critical developmental phase characterized by emotional instability, identity confusion, stress, and increasing exposure to digital-related challenges such as cyberbullying, problematic smartphone use, and social pressure. Data was retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using bibliometric techniques with VOSviewer and thematic synthesis through Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The findings reveal a significant increase in scholarly attention toward adolescent mental health, resilience, and Islamic psycho-spiritual interventions between 2021 and 2025. The visualization analysis demonstrates strong interconnections among themes such as stress, resilience, emotional well-being, and Islamic values. The review further highlights that Islamic educational and counseling approaches incorporating concepts such as sabr (patience), tawakkul (trust in Allah), dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and tazkiyah al-nafs (self-purification) contribute positively to emotional regulation, psychological resilience, and mental well-being among adolescents. Overall, the study concludes that Maq??id al-Shar??ah provides a holistic and preventive framework for strengthening adolescent mental health and psychosocial resilience in the contemporary digital era.
