Notwithstanding Malaysia's swift economic expansion, the B40 income bracket, especially young moms in Klang Valley, encounters ongoing economic and social difficulties. This study employs the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) to establish a conceptual framework that examines the determinants affecting entrepreneurial intentions and behaviours within this group. The approach analyses essential constructs—entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control—while also considering mediating and moderating factors such as psychological capital and external obstacles. This study seeks to improve entrepreneurial skills among B40 young moms by identifying problems, assessing current support systems, and providing focused methods, thereby contributing to inclusive economic growth and sustainable development in Malaysia.
