This concept paper investigates how these practices can improve an organization’s environmental performance through an analysis of existing research and industry reports. It reviews recent literature, theoretical foundations, and current methodologies to assess the effectiveness of green recruitment. Findings suggest that green recruitment aligns with corporate sustainability goals and promotes a culture of environmental responsibility.
